Privacy Policy

Aerolink is a Colorado aviation resource site. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We wrote it to be readable — not to hide behind legal language.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not share your data with ad networks.

What we collect

When you browse Aerolink without an account, we see the basics any website sees: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, browser type, and device type. If you create an account, we store the information you provide — such as your email address and display name — so you can sign in and use account features like school reviews.

If you use the contact form, we receive whatever you type into it: your name, email, and message. That submission is handled by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to us so we can respond.

Third-party services

Aerolink relies on a small set of outside services to operate:

  • Supabase — hosts user accounts, authentication (including Google sign-in), and review data.
  • Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us. It is functional, not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
  • Vercel Analytics — measures anonymous traffic to the site using a cookieless approach. It helps us understand which pages are useful without identifying individual visitors.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files your browser stores when you visit a website. They let a site remember that you are logged in, keep a session active, or save a simple preference. Aerolink uses cookies and similar browser storage only for essential, functional purposes — not for advertising.

Specifically, we use cookies and related technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in when you have an account (Supabase authentication session cookies).
  • Complete the Google sign-in flow when you choose to log in with Google.
  • Remember basic site preferences where applicable.

Vercel Analytics measures traffic to Aerolink without setting advertising cookies. It uses a cookieless method to give us aggregate page-view data — how many people visited, which pages they read — without building a profile of you as an individual.

When you submit the contact form, Formspree may set functional cookies or use similar technology to process and deliver your message. That is part of making the form work, not tracking you across other websites.

Aerolink does not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with ad networks for targeted advertising.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. If you block the cookies Aerolink needs for authentication, you may not be able to stay logged in or use account features. For how to manage cookies in your specific browser, check that browser's own help documentation.
